I started on this program on July 25th, 2008. I have been off of it for over a month now. I experienced many of the side effects they wrote about, and a few more. Headaches, dizzy, nausea, some flare ups and definitely flu like symptoms. But the improvement I have felt as been more than worth what I went through then. I can so definitely feel and see changes as my body is healing. I'm now on a 1/4 of the amount of medication I was on when I started and feel like I can get off of that soon. Also my huge suppliment intake has dropped drastically. My energy is higher, and the constant companion of pain that comes with RA has just about disappeared!! For which I thank my God!! I think one of the main things at least for me in going through this process, is patience. The illness didn't happen overnight and the healing needs time too. The resolve team has been a wonderful support for my questions and wonderings. After all the things I have tried, I was a bit sceptical as to if it would really work. But it has--YES!!

Hi! I too am on the RA program. I am now on day 2 of phase3. Today I feel pain in a quite a few joints... but had 2 days of 'yowzers.. it's working'. I'm wondering if this is normal or sometimes feel that I need more of phase2? Do the better days just keep coming sporatically? Have any of you had the same thing? I must say... that I too had the many days of questioning what I was taking with all the side effects. I think you're right Cindy with being patient with this. I was diagnosed in May and so don't have much narling of joints... soooo hopefully will grab this nasty disease and get rid of it totally!! Good luck to all of us!! So glad to have a blog now to chat to others!

Hi Everyone--
I think it's great too that we can "talk" with others who have traveled the same difficult road we have. I still count my blessings every day and thank my God that these minerals have been made available to us and for the healing I am feeling each day. Dawn, you can be so thankful that your RA is relatively recent in coming and that there hasn't been joint damage for you. Don't worry about needing more of step 2. Just continue with step 3, and I believe you will find that your good days come more often and you'll see less and less of your bad days. We live in such an instant society that we expect our bodies to heal more quickly. It does just take time and patience. Mary, I find it very interesting that you mentioned the pain in your thumb joint. I know exactly what you are talking about, and I never had it there either. I still have it on the odd day here and there, but am not worried as I am so thrilled with the progress my body has been making--slow but sure. When I started the program, I was in a bad flare up, the worst in three years (according to my blood work and also the way I was feeling). I was on 20 mg. of cortisol (steriod) per day, and that was barely keeping the severe pain at bay! I am now on 2.5 mg. per day, and don't feel I really need that for much longer. I rushed getting off of my meds quicker than I needed initially, don't make that mistake, listen to your body. Most of my joints were affected by the RA, especially my shoulders, elbows and wrists. Awful, awful pain!! With the mineral treatment, I noticed improvement earlier in my larger joints. I can now wear a shoulder strap purse without constantly transfering it from shoulder to shoulder. :) My hands and feet have been slower to lose the swelling, but the pain is mostly gone. I have especially watched the second knuckle on both my baby fingers, and they seem to go up and down with the swelling depending on the day. It's definitely a gradual healing process. I notice improvement even more so in this past week. Just before I start my period, I don't feel the best, achy, etc. My osteo says that's because the body is more acidic at that time. Having RA has made our bodies more acidic, keeping that in mind, I try to avoid the foods (wheat flour, sugar, coffee) that make us acidic even during this healing time, just to help the body heal in whatever way I can. Another thing I am doing in that regard is adding alkaline body balance drops to my water. I don't understand it, but there will be pain (not just like the RA but similar) the more acidic our bodies are. Feel free to ask any questions, I'm glad to help encourage all of you, we've traveled through a pretty dark valley, haven't we?! God bless each of you! Cindy

CINDY,
I JUST STARTED PROGRAM AND I'M ON DAY 8 OF THE MINERALS. AT WHAT POINT DID THE SYMPTOMS START? I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OF THOSE MENTIONED YET. HAVE SO MUCH PAIN WITH RA IN MY FINGERS AND NODES ON FINGERS. ALSO IN RIGHT HIP. I HAVE BEEN ON ORENCIA INFUSIONS AT THE HOSPITAL AND I GOT SYMPTOMS FROM THAT BEFORE I STARTED MINERALS. ONLY Had 3 INFUSIONS OF ORENCIA SO FAR AND I HATE IT. HOPE AND PRAY TO GOD THAT THIS WORKS SO I CAN GET OFF THAT NASTY DRUG WHICH IS SO DANGEROUS. YOUR POST WAS SO INCOURAGING AND I HOPE I CAN HAVE THE SAME SUCCESS YOU HAD WITH THE MINERALS.
LOOKING FORWARD TO A DAY WITHOUT ALL THIS PAIN.
THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR GOOD NEWS!!

In answer to your question about when you will start feeling the side affects. I'm sure that's pretty individual depending on our bodies and how they react. Having said that, I noticed the symptoms more directly later on in stage 1, and I had the "worst" symptoms in stage 2. The last night of the stage 2 capsules, I felt awful, like I wanted and needed out of my body! The two "break" days between stages, I felt pretty good--I think those are very important, don't anyone skip those! I've never heard of the drug you are on, but pretty much all the RA drugs are pretty deadly with what they do to the other organs of the body. I'll keep you gals posted, I'm looking forward to seeing what the full 90 day healing process brings for my body, both in healing and repair. I do have some permanent damage done to my joints, noticeably my hands, feet and elbows. That's 90 days after you have completed the treatment. Am due to have blood work done soon and will share with you the results in comparison to my blood work done in May that was pretty bad. (Sed rate, iron, hemoglobin, etc.) Our bodies are marvelously made and with God all things are possible! :) Just take one day at a time while on the program, tomorrow will come soon enough! Take courage ladies, Cindy

Hi Everyone--
Just a note to encourage everyone and pass on a couple of tidbits. In regard to the alkaline/acid balance needed in our bodies. Exercise is a help. Try walking or something easy--helps promote the alkaline levels. Also getting enough sleep at night is a big plus and avoiding stress. Hard, but necessary. Don't let things nag under the surface in your thoughts, or worry. Those are hard ones for me to live by. Also, I continue to improve bit by bit each day. Thanksgiving here in Canada last Monday, I was able to prepare and stuff the turkey by myself. Also made rolls and two pies from scratch encluding the crusts by myself. That's a real step forward especially since I've had so much pain this summer in my shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands. I was very encouraged and we had 7 extra guests for dinner too. One of the hard things is not overdoing when I feel so good and my mobility is so much better. Keep on with the minerals ladies, until next time, Cindy

Hi Everyone. My name is Marlene, and I have really appreciated all the comments, and information left to be read. Your words and experiences have given me new hope. I've had RA for 3 years. I was a professional dancer in LA when I became ill. I'm half way through phase 2 and am beginning to be able to walk, but still have a great deal of swelling in my hands and feet, and have great fatigue. Is this all normal? I take a shot of Enbrel every monday, and have become a vegetarian in hopes of improving my health. I do believe in Alkalizing one's diet, but I became anemic with Dr. Young's program....So I'm trying to get it right this time. Would love to hear from someone who can say they are truly healed. In my search for a cure, I've found many hills and valleys and still can't identify just one, that turned my corner. But I do have hope, so please, I would love to hear from anyone. Love to all...marlenea

Cindy said...

Hi Marlenea and everyone else--
The fatigue you are feeling Marlenea, I believe from experience, is to be expected, although I think these minerals react in our bodies in a very individual way. At the end of step 2, I was totally exhausted and just slept and slept for hours. That is not the norm for me at all, never being a person who napped during the day. I couldn't believe how much sleep I needed, and how exhausted I felt! I think we all wish like you that we knew for a fact that this was IT, the cure, the fix! and probably alot of that comes because of our hope and despair at trying different things and also because of the deep suffering. But I think we'll have to give it the 90 days of healing in order to know for sure. This friday marks my 45th day of healing, so the halfway mark. In all fairness, we know our bodies take time to heal and we have to give them that time. I think I'm one of the first here in North America to try the mineral RA treatment, so I'll try to keep you as up to date as possible. My hands are completely pain free now. Still a bit of swelling but alot of that has gone down too. I know I have permanent damage in my hands and feet, but don't know how much. My feet are probably still the most tender, though not really painful. They still feel the best in running shoes. I have seen improvement there, but not as much as in my arms/shoulders/wrists. I understand the anemia problem, having suffered with the same thing. It actually is part of the RA disease, as RA affects our bone marrow and that has to do with our iron levels, etc. On a note of encouragement. Saw my MD today, and he was very happy with my body health, and the bone density test I had in early October. No change in 3.5 years as to the bone density inspite of the fact that I've been on cortisol, known to thin the bones. Did the minerals help?? My MD does not know about the mineral treatment, as he is not open to those things, and I thought to tell him later if my blood work has really improved and he asks why. He is amazed that the small dose of cortisol is keeping the RA in control! :) My osteopathic Dr. from the U.K. mentioned how amazed he was at how my joints were no longer compressed when I saw him towards the end of step 2. I hadn't told him about the treatment as I thought if it was really working, he would be able to tell something was different. Well, that's what happened. He was so puzzled as to why after 3 years of seeing me, they were suddenly no longer compressed--so I told him. That was a huge encouragement to me. I see him again a week from tomorrow and am looking forward to his comments on my condition now. I'll keep you all posted. So we need to wait, pray and take courage, one step at a time, one day at a time. Take care, Cindy

My story began in mid 1886 when I was bitten by a mass of mosquitoes after mowing at a job at St Lucia Brisbane. Six weeks later, I woke up crippled and with my skin on fire. I had been involved with Natural Therapies for some time prior to this,so I began acupuncture and muscle tested my food intake, limiting my foods accordingly.
After six weeks I had a blood test which identified acute RA. My questions of how I got this and what to do were unanswered by the rheumatologist. "There is no cure, there is no understanding of
how RA comes, 1 in 10 end up in a wheel chair, take Voltaren and later Salazopyren, change your job, have rests in the afternoon..... oh yes..... and come back in 6 weeks."
I asked WHY??
Another 6 weeks later I was tested positive for Ross River. This was obviously the reason for the RA as I had never really ever been sick in my life before and as far as I know there is no RA in my family.
The answer was obvious but not to the rheumatologist who said it was unfortunate I had them both at the same time.
This story has been a long challenging one. I am an expert in Natural Therapies now, have many friends in this field, my business now employs over 45 people, this causes me more stress than when I did the cleaning my self. Many of my joints are effected. My knees are bent with my right leg and elbow with very reduced movement from 22 years ago now. my left knee began demobilising 6 years ago and standing up and walking are not my favourite things to do. .. and my good arm was going too.
I have continued with natural therapies, basically going 1 step forward and 2 back, at huge cost and time but with the support of many mnay therapist who at least gave me hope. Oh no! Not that dreaded "False Hope " that the medicos are so feared of. Due to the procedure of "scientifically testing" the "Placebo Effect"(HOPE) is the world's most "scientifically proven" benefit to all people!!
I have always said that I got RA in 6 weeks, so it should go in 6 weeks....;. and that I will not die crippled.
Some days when things have been too difficult I have resorted to going to doctors for a bit of extra pain relief, and have been subjected to many criticisms and ridicule and I was wondering if my chosen path was perhaps not the right one.
2 months ago I found, by chance, as I rarely use the computer for anything apart from work, the Resolve RA website.
I began the product 2 weeks later and I am so excited I want to shout this from the highest hill!! This is truely a CURE for RA...... and in 6 WEEKS!! I am here to prove I will not die crippled now. I have tried SO MANY therapies which I believe which will assist the rejuvenation of damaged joints.
The short period of the healing crisis during the detox and killing of the virus is so insignificant compared to the RA disease and the "recommended" medication. The Resolve Team are awesome and supportive and are there to help you through any issues, reassuring you at every step.
I can feel my knees with bone in them for the first time in years and years. I will be able to go for my pilot's medical at Christmas now without swallowing handfuls of Voltaren to get through the door even half normal.
The medicos about 4 years agpo recognised that Ross River Fever is sometimes a precursor to RA after much research was done by the US Army as so many of their soldiers stationed in Townsville Queensland Australia, were being pensioned off with RA. They are so slow! For 18 years I was telling them this most obvious fact!!..and fascinating how Voltaren and Salazopyren are still on the recommended list of RA medication.
Never go to a doctor when you are feeling crook! The experience takes your healing process back so far as you are too weak to fight their bone pointing and curses!! It is ever so primitive!
I am so looking forward to watching my body coming together again, feeling stronger and more "whole" and "in control" again.
I have encouraged a young man from Germany who is temporarily working for me who has the worst case of psoriasis I have ever seen to do the viral cleanse. He is experiencing many changes at this early stage, 20 days into the treatment. He is excited with the changes, but the healing crises for him have been more dramatic than for myself and the Resolve Team and myself are working with him to get him through it.
This product is the most exciting product I have ever found. Just so many "uncurable" diseases are viral based so the benefit to people is almost unlimited.
I ony wish I had found it earlier.... but better later than never.
This is the answer to my prayers.
Thank you to all involved. I want to do whatever I can to promote this product.
Love and Light,
Helena

Just wondering how "everyone" out there is doing?? This week has been a very good one for me. Continuing very good energy levels and able to do things I haven't been able to do for 4 years. Yesterday I mowed our lawn with a self propelled walk behind lawnmower, along with 45 minutes of leaf raking and also cleaning out a large flower bed by myself. I was sore last night but it was a muscle sore, not so much a joint sore and today I was fine again, a bit tender in the hands from gripping both the rake and lawnmower. I so definitely feel that my body has stopped attacking itself and is in the repair and healing mode. I wonder if anyone else noticed when they were hit with the RA, that it was worse on one side of their body than the other. My right side was definitely hit much harder with the RA. One thing I am noticing as the swelling has gone down and the "bands" of restriction have disappeared, is that my right knee has an issue sometimes, and I think it's due to a cortizone shot I had into the joint of that knee at the height of my first flareup. Anyway I am so thankful for the progress I feel and it has been worth all the side effects of the minerals and the cost too. I would say at the halfway healing mark everyone should notice a BIG difference. I plan on having my blood work done this Wednesday and should have the results by Thursday, so will post it shortly after that. It's wonderful to feel so good after so much pain. Take courage, Cindy

I'M ON DAY 18 OF THE PHASE ONE AND HAVE HAD A RASH ON MY SCALP LIKE BLIND PIMPLES THAT ARE SORE. THEY ITCH AND STING AND BURN. AS OF 3 DAYS AGO IT IS MUCH BETTER. HOWEVER, NOW I HAVE BEEN GETTING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AT NIGHT THAT WAKES ME UP. I WOKE UP LAST NIGHT AND MY HEART IS RACING FAST ABOUT 90 BEATS A MINUTE AND THE PRESSURE IS 199/111. I GOT IT UNDER CONTROL WITH SOME NATURAL BP MEDS AND TOOK ATENENOL FOR HEART RATE. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS HAPPEN ON PHASE ONE? IT DOES NOT HAPPEN DURING THE DAY ONLY GOES UP TO 149/79 SOMETIMES AND I CAN GET DOWN PRETTY QUICK. DON'T KNOW WHY UNLESS THERE IS A LOT OF SODIUM IN THE SALTS OF MINERALS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE IT COULD BE AS I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING ELSE NEW. I DO NOT HAVE AS MUCH PAIN IN FINGERS AND TOES AS I DID BEFORE AND I THINK IT IS WORKING. OTHER THAN THOSE THINGS I FEEL GOOD. JUST GETTING SLEEPY A LOT DURING THE DAYTIME AND HAVE MY EXHAUSTED TIMES ALSO.
WELL, IT IS GREAT TO BE ABLE TO TALK TO ALL OF YOU DURING THIS PROCESS AND I PRAY FOR A MIRACLE FOR ALL OF US. LIKE CINDY SAYS ONE DAY AT A TIME. WE HAVE GOT TO STAY POSITIVE AND I KNOW THIS WILL WORK.
GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!!

Hi to all my RA friends--Time for an update, and please make sure you read all of it! :) This week has again been good, so as thought I went in and had my blood work done yesterday. It was the coldest day here so far this fall, with wind and snow both and a real damp feeling. I don't enjoy the cold nor feel good in it especially since the RA. I haven't mentioned this, but I am actually a transplanted American, from the state of Washington, so find the winters here brutal even after 25 years of living here! Anyway, back to the blood work, I went in feeling very confident about good results but.....this morning after I got the results, I sat and had a good hard cry. They were not very good which was a puzzle since I have been feeling so good. Our son reassured me, gave me lots of TLC, he was the only one home. I pulled myself together and headed to Ottawa to see my osteopath and felt good and cheerful when I arrived. He checked me and I asked lots of questions ....again. He says everything is working very well, he is very pleased, and that hasn't happened since I started going to him. He says there has been very strong and definite steps forward, and he expects it to continue. He definitely feels it's from the minerals, says my organs are working much better too and the acid level is down alot. He says the blood work is just a short window and many, many things effect it--weather, stress, etc. He says what is much more telling is all the things I have been able to do without the pain, and it taking a toll on my body. (he's seen the consequences of me "trying" to do things I shouldn't have! :( So he knew my body hadn't suffered from the things I had done this time!! Yes, thank you, Lord!! I am so thankful and do continue to feel good. So the long and short is, don't put alot of emphasis on your blood work like I did and let it get you down! Take care and keep up the minerals! Much encouraged, Cindy

Hi all! How have your days been? I am actually having not the greatest day. I finished phase3 about a week ago. I still have the chafing around my eyes and forehead... so thinking that this must be good and maybe showing that it is still working at getting the rogue RA viruses out. Has anyone else had the chafing this long? I'm hoping it's good news?? I did have a couple of individual great days(not in a row)..That was great! I felt like'hello world... I'm back!' It's amazing how this whole thing is hard on the body of course but also pschologically!! I can hardly wait for more good days. Does anyone have an idea when to maybe expect those?? Just to lift my spirits?? Ahhhhh... this has been sooo overwhelming and today I hurt all over... all joints, some large muscles, one shoulder doesn't want to move at all today....and on and on it goes.
Hope to see and feel better real soon.... does it all wait til near the 90day stage???
Good to keep in touch with all. I did send a couple other comments.. mustn't have done it right???
Wishing all a great day!!:)

Good Morning everyone--
It's good to hear some feedback, even if it isn't always the positive "everything feels wonderful!" If that's all we write about, that's not only false, but in the long term discouraging to others that aren't experiencing that. So please share your stories. Dawn, sorry you have had some rough days. As time passes, I believe you will have less of those and more of the good days. I still have some "sore" days, and it's coming up to the 60 days this Sunday. But I definitely notice the pain is a different kind than with the RA. It is more sore than pain. My right thumb still hurts on some days too. It's hard to know what is permanent joint damage and what is the healing process the body is going through. It definitely affects us physicologically and on a very positive note I'll share something I noticed this past weekend. We went to Montreal for a Bible conference which was attended by over 550 people. We go to several of these each year and usually partway through each day (usually 2-3 days), I am just "coping", tired, fatigue, lack of concentration, weary from all the people energy and interaction and can hardly wait to get back to the motel. Do you know what I'm talking about?? Not so this weekend, my energy was great and I was able to enjoy everything without that strong fatigue hitting.
I can't relate to the chafing you are talking about?? But I didn't really experience anything much on my skin. Only an under-the-skin type boil on my left ankle which is where my RA started after a bug bite on that ankle. It was quite sore and red but very gradually went down and finally now I can't feel any sign of it under the skin. I have noticed my hands have a lighter skin tone?? My right knee was pretty bad on Monday of this week, but has leveled out again--not perfect, but I'm not hobbling like I was. I'm sure you won't have to wait the 90 days, Dawn, but will continue to see more improvement gradually as your body heals. Are you trying to stay away from sugar and wheat flour at all? Try that if you haven't. Take courage ladies, Cindy

Hi Everyone:

I started the program on Oct. 19 so have about a week left of Phase 1. I have not really had any side effects until last week. I just felt really "crappy". Flu-like symptoms, every muscle and joint hurt, headache, stomachache. Then this week, I noticed red bumps all over my nose and chin. Dawn, it's funny you mention chafing because today I woke up, looked in the mirror and have chafing all over my face. Not feeling particulary attractive these days but it must be my body ridding itself of the toxins/viruses.
I think I probably have a milder version of rheumatoid then the rest of you as I have days of severe pain but doesn't seem to be as bad as some of you have reported. It's still a horrid disease and I so hope my body is rid of it once I get through this detox. I take plaquenil and have now cut down from 3 pills per day to 1 and hope to cut that back to one half afer Phase 1. I was diagnosed 2 and a half years ago and within a year I was advised to go gluten free and think it has helped slow the disease down somewhat. If I get into wheat, within a couple of days my joints flare like crazy. I was tested and found I am not celiac but have a high intolerance to wheat/gluten. I will report back to everyone once I start into Phase 2. I think that is where I will really feel the side effects. Best of luck to everyone with their healing process. Tracy

Good morning all! Thanks so much for your info Cindy! It's nice to have some input on our good and bad days. Maybe we all could use this blog more often.. probably good therapy for all.
I didn't have a great sleep last night again.. lots of pain. But today I'm finding once again that the pain seems to bounce from joint to joint? Is that how RA moves around or is it the minerals hard at work?
A year ago I had a real severe case of WestNile Fever..then after a few weeks of dealing with that, I seemed to get every virus going around. So that's where I think my immune system went into high gear? Then, this past May, my father passed away... super stressful as it came on real suddenly. So then I came back home and thought I'd put all my energies into my yard.. was working around the fish pond etc... that evening super bad pain in my right wrist...so did ice/pain killers etc for 2 weeks then thinking maybe I should see the Dr.... after xrays and bloodwork... had to see a rheumy as the bloodwork was not good. I haven't gone on any of there 'modern' meds.. but was so pleased to find these minerals and started on them fairly soon after.
So.. I am really not sure what RA feels like compared to the minerals. My hands are definitely looking like common RA hands.. other than so far no twisted fingers... butdo have dips and swelling.
So ya... that's my story.. how it all seemed to happen to me. It would be interesting to know what I am actually feeling..with the pain to it bouncing from different areas, which seem to last a couple of days then on to the next area and whether its RA or the minerals?? I sooo hope its the minerals. I'm supposed to see my rheumy later this month... but all they want to do is give you heavy duty drugs... the first time I saw her she prescribed methotrexate..that sounds real scary so I havent taken anything from them. Seems like ibuprofen mostly handles the discomfort levels.
So ya... am trying real hard to keep positive and looking sooo forward to a mostly painfree time.
I'd love to hear from any &/or all of us on hear.
Like I mentioned earlier, writing out some of our queries and such is good therapy!
Wishing us all a great day and more to come shortly!!

i am 4 weeks out from completion of the minerals and the feedback/answering questions from the resolve team has been amazing. i am new to blog but here is quick picture: 1997 diagnosed, lots of diff meds and shots and steroids. some sugery. during minerals had a flare or 2 and fatigue but largely felt great until massive colon issues for 5 weeks towards the end and after. still some pain but still hopeful for complete recovery and working with the resolve team. have a two year old so each day is a challenge. looking forward to excercising again.

Hello all!! Hope your days are going good! I wanted to let you know that I'm having some really good days... the last 3 to be exact. I had real severe pain last week in both knees... to the point of not being able to sit down in a controlled motion.. had to 'drop' the last 8-10 inches.. and oh.. getting up was real bad too.
Anyhow, Saturday I woke to feeling fabulous!! I could not believe my knees had virtually no pain.. I had to keep trying it and showing my husband... oh soooo happy!!
So, yes, I still believe this mineral treatment is working in mysterious ways! I was almost afraid to go to sleep that night, being worried that my good day would be over.... but my knees are doing really good still. My hands are not as swollen and oh my spirits are high!!:)
Sooo... started back on my treadmill today... did 30 minutes and then some light hand weights... time to get the muscles built up again... but not overdoing it... gotta build up slowly for sure!
I wanted to share this with all of you and sooo wish the same real soon for you all and just great things to come!! Yeah!!!!
Have a great day ladies!
I think we are all on the right track!!!:)
Take good care!

Blessings ALL:

Step 2 has been OKAY so far with some runny nose & much milder joint pains. I’m on day 4 of the capsules. I wrote our team stating I must not be assimilating right, with poor digestion or my being constipated, because I actually feel better. I was told all is OK. It is so strange to have 80% of the pain stopped the last 2 days. And to experience my first great break from pain in this process – This assures me a lot of the increased joint pains were actually the minerals working & YES – to me it’s all worth it, considering all the years of suffering thus far.
The end of step 1 was harder for me - I've had about 6 nights where I awoke early morning & I couldn’t move easily due to severe pain in most of my joints. It was hard to simply reach the water to take more pain meds. NOW, I have water, pain pills, crackers, inhalers, tissues, chap stick, paper, remote, pen & phone etc. all in tray in bed next to me HAHA until I’m on the other side of this.

For fatigue, I’m drinking a cup of coffee at 4 pm – usually a NONO that would keep me up & too stimulated all evening. Now it just gives me a lift for several hours. And I was sooo sleepy all day with my one day OFF the minerals - Hmmm thankful caffein is also in them I guess...

ALL of you - Your writing & sharings are so appreciated, helpful & inspiring:
My RA always migrated to different joints every few days for the first 5 years & I have had that all again through step 1, so I feel it's the detox now...
My right side was worse for me too. I also have had the thumb to hand joints consistently hurt on my left hand throughout & still some today.

It is great & so helpful reading & rereading everything - including Dr LaLa's page on RA:
"All people who have taken the back to health minerals have had their Rheumatoid Arthritis improve to the extent that pain and swelling has gone. All people who took the course of back to health minerals were able to stop all medication. The Rheumatoid Arthritis no longer existed in their bodies. Once you complete the mineral treatment your body is going to continue to heal over the next 3 months." AAAhhh… I just love reading this…

You all take good care – I’m smiling...Cheryl

Hi to Everyone--
Well, I only have more positive days to share with you all. This week has been another great week. I've reduced the 1/4 pill of cortisol that I take to only every other day, and haven't really noticed any difference. I've reduced the steriod very gradually at the end, knowing that my adrenal glands have been suppressed so I need to do it slowly. Another thing I am noticing this week, is definite "changes" in the feelings of my feet and more "lines" on the joints of my baby fingers. Sometimes we do like lines in our forties, right??!! :) As I've thought about the healing process more, we know that our extremites heal more slowly of cuts, bruises, etc. because of the distance from the heart and the blood flow. So it seems like it would be the same with our RA healing, so that's why my shoulders were some of the first to notice the healing, and my feet have been the last. Sort of healing from the inside out. With my feet, I've noticed the "lumpy feeling" on the bottom has changed, and sometimes there is some discomfort in the arch area which I never experienced in the RA before. I wondered if that was similar to the pain in the right thumb connective area I had earlier? Anyway, I am just so thankful to my Lord for HIS healing mercies to my body!! I've noticed that the RA hit several of us in our mid 40's, we are all women so far, and some of us the right side has been worse. I wondered if we all had the same blood type? I'm an A+. My RA also hit about 6 months after my younger sister died of cancer, leaving a husband and five children less than a mile down the road. One of you mentioned yours showed up after your Dad died. I was 44 when my RA hit and it came on very hard and fast! The first three drugs they tried made no difference. Then a 100 mg. shot of cortizone in my tissue, absolutely no relief from that. They finally put me on morphine and I lost over 20 pounds, taking me down to around 100 lbs. I couldn't get out of a chair by myself and the pain was so intense!! I can't run and jump like the lady on the Resolve info, but I am so thankful to have come so far. I couldn't have done it without my Lord and my family! Keep on with your minerals, until next time, Cindy

Hi all ! I was soo pleased to hear from you Cindy! Glad to hear that all is coming nicely for you.
My blood type is also A+.. interesting if all have the same?
I've been finished the phase3 since October 30. I did have a couple of days of no pain in my knees and all seemed to be getting better. I have not felt like that after those couple of days.. my knees have pain more in the middle of them now... my shoulders are not good, my elbows seem stiff and sore and on and on.. oh my is this still the minerals??? Or I've been thinking today, I think it might be time to get on some real meds???? I haven't ever yet.. but oh my, maybe I'm one in a million that this might not be working for me? :(
If this is the case what is the better med and not super expensive, with less side effects??
They had given me Methotrexate, but I just couldnt do that one with all the side effects etc.
So... feeling a bit mixed up right now... not knowing what to do and how long to wait for some relief?? I still soo hope that this product will help me.
Hope all the rest are doing well.. and still having hope for here too.
Take good care!

Blessings to ALL
Thank you for all your heartfelt sharings.

Cindy, Your thorough notes have been a great help & inspiration. I got RA a few years into menopause at 52.

Genetics may play a role too - I forgot to mention that my mother got RA around 30. She was an alcoholic & she did not get the deformities or pain that I did.
My daughter has the hands/wrists RA symptoms for a few years & other inflammation issues in her early 30's especially flared around her periods. Her diet has been mostly take out/fast food for years.
I have it the worse & was the organic healthnut/mostly raw food/vegan since late 70's after getting tests showing I had EBV & CMV viruses then causing CFS & Fibromy.

The last few days of step 2 my gums hurt on & off & I thought I'd need a root canal under a cap, yet it was fine in hours.
I am on day 5 of step 3. I still have fatigue, some joint pains, sinus drip, dry skin & now some swelling in my feet. I cut down on the salt I'm eating to assist this process. My left wrist by the thumb itched some today. Also, I'm actually feeling a lightness in the left side of my body the last 2days with less soreness.

I have a great feeling about this & again thanks to our resolve team.
Stay gentle, Cher

Good Morning Everyone--
I've been wondering how you all are doing on your minerals, and post mineral??!! I have continued to progress forward, slowly and steadily and am SO VERY THANKFUL. I have been completely off the cortisol (steriod) for 10 days now, a wonderful feeling after 3.5 years of steriod use. My supplements are only the basic anyone would take except I am using up one for joint support. I have "grown" taller again--meaning my arms can stretch their full length again and I can finally reach things on the top shelves that I haven't been able to do for 4 years. Again what a blessing!!! I did start my period again and was more achy in certain joints for a day or so before. Not having a regular cycle anymore at 48 years old, I wondered what was happening. I do take a small dose of Advil and am slowly weaning off of that too. Seems that slow weaning has worked the best for me. Letting the body slowly adjust as the healing occurs. It's so wonderful to be free of the bands of pain!! Thank you, Lord! What an answer to so many prayers!! I'm sure many of you know what I am talking about!! I'm quite sure my right hand has permanent damage but it isn't the same RA pain as before. Do any of you know what I'm talking about when I say that? My feet are coming along too, again slower than the rest of my body, but making definite slow progress forward. Our winter cold and snow has arrived, beautiful but not what damaged joints like. Am looking forward to the 5 weeks I have booked for Pompano Beach, FL, in Feb. & Mar. I always feel so good in the warm and by the ocean and have always had an improvement in my blood work after spending time there for 10 days. It's never been this long, but I booked it last spring when I was so bad and we thought to just keep it. An update from some of the rest of you would be great--hint, hint. :)
Have a Happy Thanksgiving, and take care and courage, Cindy

I have one week left of Phase 3 and other than feeling tired, I feel pretty good. I found Phase 2 difficult. The capsules made me feel really sick and extremely tired. I had a lot of heartburn, nausea and headaches. I really have no joint pain right now but still have some swelling in feet, ankles and fingers but hopefully that goes away too. I hope everyone else is feeling better too. Maybe we will all get the ultimate Christmas Gift.
Best Regards,

Good Afternoon Everyone--
Was gone for a week out to visit my folks, so just recently got caught up to date on those who have written in. Thanks for your input, I'm sure it's a help to others. I went to my osteo today, and wonderful!!! NEWS!! He sees great improvement in all areas. He told me that this is the first time since I started going to him that the oxygen level in my body has been higher than the carbon dioxide. The body can really heal when that happens. My inflammation rate is way, way down and my body is very close to the proper ph balance!! There is no overload on the cortisol levels in my body now, and my adrenals are headed in the right direction, not "bouncing around", and producing cortisol though not to full capacity yet. This sunday marks 4 weeks that I have been off of the steriods!! Everyone out west told me how well and good I looked (although they didn't know our secret). Last Tuesday marked the 90 day period for me, but it is obvious that my body is continuing to heal and repair. It is so very, very exciting and such a wonderful answer to so many prayers!!! My osteo also said that vitamins and supplements can help the body but it is minerals that BUILD THE BODY. They are critical. So everyone take courage, keep looking for your improvements, and have patience. I would strongly recommend the ph balance drops in your fluids, I think it's a real help to the body. I got mine from "Health Resources" online, from the States. They are well worth the money I think. I am so thankful for the healing, lack of pain and energy--thank you, Lord Jesus!! Until next time, Cindy

Hello:

I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season and feeling good too. Just wondering if anyone else has been getting viruses since being on or finishing the detox. I haven't been ill really much in the last few years and I have been sick for the last few weeks and then also a month ago. I finished the last stage of the detox on Dec. 12. My arthritis is not too bad but I keep getting sick. I wonder if this is normal. It seems to be mostly my chest/lungs that are affected. Hopefully this is not a sign of rheumatoid lung.
Wishing Everyone the Best for 2009.

Happy New Year ALL
Happily, I went through an easy hip replacement surgery with no inflammation or swelling!!!
I struggled with a much more difficult recovery with a knee surgery 3 years ago with so much inflammation.
For the first time in many years, the last few days NO pain meds of any kind.
I'm still having some pain & swelling in wrist, hands, feet & neck. Yet, NOT excruciating or unbearable like before. It will be interesting too observe when & if I have a flare-up. The bone spur nodules are 1/4th their size that they have been in years & one is gone.
I feel all over better, less flu achy all over, lighter, freed up & have only 25% the sinus drips & less asthma too. I can smell again fist time in 2 years when sinus issues began. I have been able to eat alot more foods with less or NO symptoms.
I was feeling sickly from the withdrawing of morphine, codeine & surgery stuff for a couple weeks, yet I pushed to get off of it all too fast.
I still have fatigue & I can sense that my body is going through an all over balancing process.

Please hang in there & keep communication open - It works!!
I trust this miracle healing team, Marnie & Dr LaLa with all my heart & know they will find the custom pathway for each of you to WIN...
Love & smiles, Cher

Hi all,
Sorry ive not written sooner, ive been on holiday in Australia. I finished step 3 on the 26th of December, on the last couple of days of step 3 i could feel the swelling going down in a couple of joints and my joints are feeling less painful. But after the initial improvement i say that its is not continuing to improve. Just a bit of advice for those on step 3 please do not take the supplement with out food, i did and i was sick and had diarrhoea, so my advice is stick to the instructions. Now i am back in the UK which is bitterly cold at the moment i am hoping its resolve that has given me the improvement and not the weather. Also a question for the resolve team, i have finished bottle "B" but i wish to take some more of step 3 due to the 28 hours of travelling is there any other substance i can mix bottle "A" with? And when should i expect my allergies to go as i still get flare ups if i eat certain food and drink? All in all though at present I am pleased that something positive is happening.

Phil you can use lemon juice in place of bottle B. Measure the same amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice. This works just as effectively. Keep in touch let us know how you are doing it can take up to 6 weeks for the pain and inflammation to go down. Thank You Resolve Team

Hi there...
I started on the mineral program on Feb 1st. So far no real problems. Have a runny nose but that's it. Am going to Florida next Saturday for a couple of weeks and hope I am feeling ok. It was this blog that convinced me to try this program. It was a financial stretch for me but if it really works........priceless. Hope somebody continues to blog because I have no MD (good thing) and no friends with RA (another good thing). For the past year, I have worked only part time, didn't feel well enough to work more. I don't have a goal of returning to full time employment. My goal now is to return to health and enjoy the simple things in life (like being able to open jars and bags)! Dealing with RA has convinced me that life is to short and too unpredicatable to waste in the pursuit of paychecks. Hope to read some new blogs here and to continue blogging my experiences myself.

Hello, Everyone,
This is my first entry. I started Resolve RA on Feb. 6, 2009. I was diagnosed with RA in May 2008. Physical therapy has helped to reduce the pain and swelling and increased the strength in my wrists and hands. Although, pain and swelling return with overexertion.
Three years ago, I had shingles which, I believe, was the virus that was the origin of my RA. I am trying to follow the Resolve RA protocol to a “T”. Now, I am 15 days into Step 1. It did take me a few days to get used to the taste of the minerals. I’ve experienced some of the expected, typical symptoms, i.e., runny nose, a little bloating, slight nausea, etc. In general, these symptoms last a few hours and come and go. I’ve also had a metallic taste when waking up in the morning. I’ve had some minor flare-ups – a pain here or there, but, again, only for a day or two.
I am looking foward to the day when my blood work will not show any RA markers and all levels will be in the normal range.
So, God willing, Resolve will clear up the RA!
Blessings to all - Marguerite

Hi everyone,

Back from two wonderful weeks in Florida. On phase 2 now and feeling awful. Joints are so painful now. Sure hope it is temporary. Jeez Mary, sorry to hear that you have had these difficulties. Please keep blogging and keep us up to date on what is happening as it is such a help to all of us. Welcome Marguerite! I love (need)company on this journey. Maybe Cindy is so well she doesn't read this anymore! I hope that's what it is. I did really good in taking the minerals as directed. Only missed a couple of B's during the time so took stage 1 an extra day as advised. I am proud of that because I am not so good at the 3 times a day thing. Still take supplements at night and Ibuprofen. Can't wait for the day that I don't need them. Picked up a friends guitar while I was in FL. We used to play together when I lived there. Realized that my fingers have moved and no longer able to place them on the strings. Almost cried. Always believed I would be able to play again someday. Don't think so now. Hope I am wrong. If I can live without all this pain, I can accept the rest. Well....blog soon everyone.

Hi everyone, I am back with time for an update. I stopped writing for a while as no one else was writing in, so I wasn't sure if anyone was still there! :) Then life got really busy when people did start writing in, so I didn't have the time to post anything until now, but I was reading everything posted.
I felt really pretty good until the beginning of this year. We have gone somewhere warm for the last 4 years, but stayed in the cold this year and that was hard on my body. My permanently damaged joints HATE the cold and winter in Ontario has been brutal this year! I could feel more pain and stiffness returning and that really really bothered me. Not enough that I had to return to the steriods, but enough that I wasn't feeling good and my body was acidic. I learned something new! One of the things that really contributes to an acidic condition , and thus more pain is a lack of oxygen in the body. I don't remember what impressed me so much to try it, but I got some oxygen liquid drops and added them to my water. I couldn't believe the difference within 4 hours of time. (I was also under a fair amount of stress which we know doesn't help the body condition either.) The downside is the oxygen drops will only be effective for so long, until the body gets use to them and then they don't work as well, this according to my ostheopath. Winter time is harder on us, not only from the cold, but the lack of oxygen from the living plants outside, my (our) lack of deep breathing as we get older, and then to top it off, we heat our home with wood which also takes the oxygen from the air in our home. All to make a really bad condition and adding stress, we tend to breathe shallow, keeping the carbon dioxide in the lower part of our lungs and not using our full lung capacity. So now, I am down in southern Florida, soaking up the warmth, doing deep breathing exercises 2X a day for 15 minutes each time. Exhaling thru the mouth till my stomach is flat, inhaling through my nose until my stomach is sticking out! breathing in the fresh ocean air. I feel so good again and am out walking each day for 30-45 minutes. I am down here for another 2.5 weeks so am getting in all the oxygen I can. Go on the web and look up the body conditions due to a lack of proper oxygen. It's pretty enlightening--cancer, chronic disease, etc. I would encourage the breathing exercises to everyone, and I'm wondering how many others of you heat with wood and live in the colder areas. I personally feel it has largely contributed to my whole body condition. Not sure what to do about the heating in our house! :( Anyway, I will keep you posted and am happy to answer any questions out there. Let's keep in touch. Keep up with the minerals, everyone that is on them. Also Nadia, I think it would be best if you waited until the summer to do the program, and I also think you would be fine to go back in the fall during the 90 day post mineral time. It's an up time, not the same at all as the mineral detox time. Keep looking up ladies, until next time, Cindy P.S. The results of the breathing exercises will take a while to show real improvement, but I know they help so once you start them, keep them up regularly and you'll see the benefits. The reason I know that, is I did them a couple of years ago and had amazing blood work results, but then stopped and forgot all about them. :(

Hi everyone. This is Toni (anon. in the home from fl. post) Can't seem to get the blog to go under my own name. Anyway, I want to thank you Mary for your encouraging comments and reminders. I was in a very down state the last time I blogged. Now it has been 2 days without taking any supplements or ibuprofen. That may not seem like much to some of you but I have had to take ibuprofen EVERYDAY for 6 years. 6 years!!!!! I can't believe this. I wake up with pain, move all my joints, and the pain goes away. I am a registered nurse and work home health. I was having a hard time getting through the day, not today!!!! If it were not for this blog, I am sure I would have quit because I never felt that bad before and I would have been sure that the minerals were not good for me. So anybody out there who is worried, keep on keeping on. I am not yet pain free but thank God, I have hope again. I should tell you that I am only on day 2 of phase 3 so I may still have some serious setbacks but I don't think it will scare me as much as it did last week.

Hi all, i've just ordered the back to health minerals program and now awaiting delivery. I have to say i'm feeling very very sceptical at the moment but also thinking what the hell as it surely can't make things any worse. My RA history is as follows - I developed sever pain and swelling in my right foot in Jan 2008 and with visit to my GP and physio they both thought gout or a compound fracture. These were both ruled out but by Feb i also pain in my right knee. It took until June before i'd gone through all the necessary medical referrals to be told i had RA. I was given a steroid injction in my knee and told to come back in 4 months time. By the time i returned in October i was alternating between a good day and then a bad day but on whole was able to lead a fairly normal life although had to stop running and football which i really miss. At my Ocotber appointment i was given the opportunity to start medication for the rest of my life! I declined other than to try Arcoxia tablets i was given and Ibuprofen. I have also tried cherry capsules which did back then seem to help. Anyway, now coming up to date i have seen a rapid detoriation over the last few weeks and now have pain almost constantly in my right foot, right knee, right wrist and this week my left shoulder. Until now i had been sticking my head in the sand a little and thinking this would all go away but quite clearly it's not unless i can do something. I am still determined not to opt for convential drugs as it seems these will do little other than alleviate some of the syptoms but with god knows what side effects. So here i am ready to go, scared of what the future holds and praying this works. Hope to keep in touch and to hear from you all.

Hello, Everyone,

Well, for some reason, I wound up with two extra days of minerals in the Step 1 A-B-C bottles. I emailed the Resolve Team and I received a reply email the same day. So, I thought that was very good follow-up. They told me to continue until all bottles are empty.

The last week or so of Step 1 was a little rough. I experienced bloating and nausea almost constantly. Plus, I had a few breakouts, even on my scalp. I also had a very, very slight flare-up of shingles which, in my opinion, was the cause of my RA. I took this to mean that Resolve really is pushing the virus out of my system.

I think Nadia's decision (welcome, Nadia) to do the Resolve RA Detox over the summer is an excellent idea. Not only because of the general feeling of malaise, but I also noticed that I was moody and irritable, which was probably due to feeling nauseas all day. :)

Tomorrow, I finish the Step 2 capsules. Taking Beano before taking the capsules definitely makes the capsules easier on the stomach and GI tract, although I still feel nauseas most of the time. On the third day of the capsules, I had a major flare-up in my left hand (red-hot, swollen and very painful). I used ice packs on and off throughout the day and took Advil. The next day, the swelling and inflammation started to subside. I think the minerals in the capsules are very powerful. I also notice a few more breakouts, tiny, little red spots. A couple of days ago, I noticed some under-eye swelling (left eye). I emailed Resolve and the team replied and said that I may have other viruses that the mineral detox is eliminating and to continue with the capsules. I’m looking forward to the day of rest before starting Stage 3.

God bless one and all,
Marguerite

Hi there.
I've just placed my order and am waiting for the detox to arrive in the mail. I was diagnosed with RA in January and have been surprised at how quickly and aggressively the pain has come on - fingers, wrists, ankles and even my neck. Initial x-rays taken in January show no sign of deterioration of joints yet and I am hoping and praying that I have found this detox in time to save me from what is obviously a terrible disease. I was concerned that this might be a scam but after reading through this blog and then making contact with Helena (Oct 25 2008 entry) I decided to take the plunge and place my order. I am excited and apprehensive at the same time but if this works and I can catch it in time then I will be very happy. I look forward to finding support and encouragement through this blog and being able to share my experience.

I recently started taking the minerals. I am going on 15mls.
I was wondering if anyone has had extreme stomach pain taking the liquid? Thought I was going to die last night with the pain. Tried water, milk & eating soda crackers.
The only thing that worked to take the pain away was Gabapentin for
my Fibromyalgia . I sure hope I can get through this.

I have been awaiting a wonder cure for some time. I am anxious to hear Mary's next. I will be following closely because I have been on the most expensive of drugs, including Humira, Celebrex, prednisone, methotrexate and others for several years. I have even participated in drug studies. My RA developed in Jan 2000. These days, I take nothing. The disease is alive and well, but I refuse to succumb or take expensive drugs that only make me feel worse. Nonetheless, I still suffer in pain. For me, the best thing I do is excercise regularly to keep the toxins and free radicals circulating through and out my body through sweat, etc. and by getting occasional ozone therapy treatments (energized oxygen while in a sauna). This is when I feel best. I feel worst when i eat beef, have slow digestion, drink alcohol regaularly, under increased stress and when i dont excercise and/or sweat. Ideally, I would love to eradicate the cause of my pain permanaently and return to experiencing the true happiness of pain free living. PLEASE, if you have ever registered your blood work before and after the cleanse, so that you can truly offer definitive results and comparisons, please offer them here. Maybe Dr. Lala can post some of his patient experiences or ask them to. Vry interested in learning more before i buy.

God Bless All!!!

Reply to Mary's Blood test Results

There are a number of factors to consider on the blood results.
1- there is indication of a thyroid abnormality which should be looked into.
2-if the person has been on steroids it would have blocked the immune system from getting to the virus in the cells and could explain the neg test previously
3-Her ESR results were 9 which is excellent, this indicating there is very little inflammation.
4-Her ANA Titre (homogenous 1/320 ) was negative.
5- The rheumatoid factor is not a very accurate test and can remain positve even though the active disease has subsided. In summary the tests would indicate the disease is not active.
If joint inflammation persists the booster detox should be done.

Well, the minerals arrived and I started today. Not real happy with the taste, but I've had worse. I'm going to try and enter something every day on this blog so as to keep a good record of my experience. Should be an interesting journey.

Hi everyone. This is Toni. Welcome all of you who are just starting the program. You know, I was skeptical too. I was diagnosed six years ago and have tried every natural therapy I could find. Some helped initially but the RA was on a relentless course. I stumbled upon the Resolve Arthritis site quite by accident as I was trying to find some info regarding muscle cramps and RA. What a blessed accident that was. I am on the last day of phase 3. I have not taken any medication or supplement for 3 weeks. I still have some pain. The left shoulder and left big toe are very painful. That seems like such a small thing after 6 years of joint pain and I am very hopeful that these will eventually disappear too. I want to communicate to you how severe the rheumatologist said the RA was. He said the RA blood level was huge (4oo and something) and that indicates aggresive and severe RA. He immediately wanted to prescribe steroids, cox 2 inhibitors, and methotrexate. He was incredibly angry when I declined to take these drugs. He told me I should know better since I am a nurse, I was in denial, and because of my ignorant decision, I would be in a wheelchair in 5 years. Because I am a nurse, I knew I did not want those drugs. I was truly scared though because the joint pain was so severe. I even crashed my car into a street sign because I could not turn the wheel well enough to avoid it. I made up my mind at that point to call him back and tell him he was right and I was wrong and I needed those drugs. Life didn't seem worth living if that was to be the sum of my days. I tried to reach him 3 times and each time the line was busy so I decided to soak in a hot tub and think about my options some more. I took ibuprofen and soaked, felt somewhat better and never looked back. I have not seen a doctor since. The minerals have truly worked miracles for me. I never thought I would see the day when the first hour I was up was good. It is now. I have not woken with the usual pain since starting phase 3. Phase 2 was awful for me. The whole week was hell. All my joints hurt. My stomach was upset even though I was concientious about eating first, drinking plenty of fluid, etc. If it had not been for this blog, and others reports of misery, I would have decided the minerals were making things worse and quit. Thank God for this blog. I continued on and now I am living proof that they do work. My friends are amazed. Heck, I'm amazed. So all of you have made the right choice. I remember thinking as I was ordering, "if this really works, why isn't everyone with RA on it?" "The claims made my Dr. Lala and the team can't be true." Well I still don't know why everyone doesn't kow about this but I do believe it is true!

Health and peace to you all....Toni

Hi all,

Grahm, I was reading your personal blog and I will follow along. I can't wait to read how well you are doing! I truly believe you will be amazed. It is a scary disease and I felt like you do. My children are grown but I still have a life and I want to be able to live it! I really didn't have too many side effects. I never had a rash, I had very little nausea, and I did not experience more than mild fatigue. I will admit though that I did not try to notice those things. I just went on each day as usual. I work as a nurse. I went on vacation during phase 1. It was all OK. Hope you have a similar experience.

Anonymous, maybe experience is more important than lab numbers. I haven't seen a doctor in years but I can tell you that right now, I wouldn't care at all what the labs were because I am no longer in severe pain and I feel it will only get better. As I said in my earlier blog, for me it is a true miracle. The sooner you start, the sooner you can feel better. Good luck.

Keep the faith all of you (and me) and keep on blogging

Toni

Thanks Toni for your encouragement. I will keep on with the personal blogging, but I take your point about not focussing too much on side effects. I believe a positive attitude and getting on with it plays an important role in the healing process. So hopefully I can find a balance of keeping a good record of my experience, but not trying to analyze every little perceived change from day to day. I think also that keeping a regular record for others to read hopefully helps skeptics like me to believe that real people are using this detox and getting real results. Personally, it was after talking to Helena that I decided to take the plunge. At the end of the day it's all about faith. Keep blogging everyone because it helps to know you're not alone on this journey.

I have had problems off & on for
10 years. I have tried almost everything, krill oil seems to help

caused by the lack of some minerals or vit. nobody in my family has this problem. I`m going to try this product.

Thanks

I just read about Dr. Ray Lala and his mineral treatment, sounds too good to be true! Oh, how I would like for it to be the answer!!
I've had RA for almost 9 years now, refused to take medications and done just about every natural program out there with NO SUCCESS!
Most of my joints are affected, heaps; knees, elbows and shoulders are the worst.
No one in my family had RA, so is easy for me to believe that a viral infection is a real probability.
Is there anyone who can tell me how this therapy has completely rid of RA symptoms out of their body? Please somebody help me!

Hello, Everyone,
I finished the three steps of the Resolve Detox Program!

The last day of Step 2 was difficult and painful. Ibuprofen helped ease the pain. Step 3 was very, very easy. Aside from a little fatigue here and there, I did not experience any other side effects. Step 3 is much gentler on the system. Overall, I feel good. I am now officially in the three-month post-detox healing period and I’m looking forward to having the RA blood test done at the end of June. Btw, in a previous post, someone mentioned blood type. I am also A+.

As far as getting accustomed to the taste, Graham (good luck and welcome), for Step 1, organic apple juice mixed with the minerals is very helpful in masking the taste, immediately followed by a “shot glass” of milk, as a chaser. The milk kills any aftertaste. I would prepare the milk so it would be all ready to drink as soon as I took the minerals. In Step 3, I mixed the minerals with organic grape juice and this did a great job of masking the taste (as well as the chlorine smell). I would leave the room for the required three minutes in Step 3 because of the chlorine smell. Then I would just pop back in, mix the grape juice in the glass and drink. I tried cranberry and also pomegranate juice, but they did not work for me. I could still taste the minerals. The organic grape juice worked perfectly.

The Resolve Detox is a long process requiring commitment and perseverance, but if it does indeed cure RA, it is certainly worth it. I encourage everyone to take it one day at a time and stick with the Resolve Detox. I found it helpful to keep a daily personal journal, recording side effects, symptoms, good days, etc.

God Bless,
Marguerite

Hi Marguerite. I'm interested to know, now that you are finished the program and in the post detox stage, what level of pain do you still have, if any? I noticed in your first blog entry that you were first diagnosed with RA in May 2008, so I'm assuming that you had not sustained any permanent joint damage or deformity which others who have had RA for some years mention. I was diagnosed in January this year and I'm hoping that by catching this early I will be pain free and escape any long term damage. I'm on day 16 (13mls) of stage one and finding that the pain in various joints is flaring up. I know that everyone is different and our body's reactions will be different, but it helps to find out first hand from somebody who is a little bit further down the track.

Hello, Graham and Everyone,

It’s been about a week and half since I finished the Detox program and I feel great. My energy is way up there. I haven’t felt so energetic in a long time. The first day or so, I thought the fact that I felt so good was all in my mind, simply because I really want the Resolve Detox to be the cure. However, as each day goes by and I continue to feel energetic, to be able do things and still feel good, I am really coming to believe that Resolve is the cure. As I mentioned, in a previous post, I will have my 90-day post detox blood test done at the end of June.

I’ve resumed all my normal activities and, so far, all without any pain: holding a pen to write checks for the bills, preparing food and cooking, i.e., chopping, slicing, opening jars, picking up pots and pans, etc.; cleaning, using the keys to unlock the doors, turning doorknobs, using my thumb to push down on the latch, typing, holding large/heavy books, resuming my guitar lessons, etc., etc.

It’s been months and months since I’ve been able to do all of these things. Although, whenever I do anything, I’m always mindful of what I’m doing in order to be aware of any discomfort or twinges of pain, so I can stop immediately before I overdo it. But, I can honestly say that although I’ve resumed all these activities, I haven’t had any pain or swelling or redness, in fact, no flare-ups/inflammation whatsoever.

My first RA attack occurred in April 2008 and I was diagnosed in May 2008. Since it’s been a fairly recent diagnosis, I haven’t had any joint deformity or damage (thank God). So, I am hoping that the Resolve Detox completely eliminates the RA from my system before any permanent damage occurs.

During Steps 1 and 2, I had flare-ups, too. The last week of Step 1 was painful for me and during Step 2, I had a major flare-up which lasted into the early part of Step 3 before it gradually started to subside. Then, as I went along in Step 3, my wrists, hands and fingers gradually improved day-by-day.

So, bottom line, I am very, very encouraged that Resolve Detox is the cure. At the end of June, my blood test will check my RA factor, C-Reactive Protein levels, etc., so we shall see what that shows.

Although, Resolve is costly, my gut feeling was that I had to give it a try. At the very least, I would have a very good detoxification and at best, I would be cured of RA.

God Bless,
Marguerite

Hi, my name is Priscilla I was diagnosed with RA 4yrs ago and I have swelling in my rigth knee, rigth ankle, rigth elbow, and both my hands. I have not tried the mineral detox yet I ordered it on April 10th it will be getting here soon. I am excited to try it and feel the good results all you folks have been feeling. Currently I ve been able to keep up with a restrictive diet, and ibuprofen every so often, but still in pain. I hope to hear from Cindy and MaryM on how you guys been doing after the 90 day post detox healing process. Whether its been good or bad. Anyway I will keep everybody posted on how my detox goes. I am trying a new formula from ResolveRA that is only a 2 step process vs the old 3.

To anyone who is curious about the new 2 step product. The 3 step process is exactly the same as the 2 step process.  We had a lot of people who would have issues taking the capsules.  The capsules are exactly the same as taking step 1 just in capsule form.  So now step 2 is taken within step 1 in liquid form. If you are or have taken the 3 step detox it will work exactly the same as the new process.
Thank You Resolve Team

I started stage two on Sunday. Taking the capsules is a lot more convenient than having to mix the minerals etc but I have found stage two a lot harder to get through. Since starting stage two I have experienced an amazing reaction. My entire body has felt like a million or more tiny needles are being stuck in me. Or another way of trying to describe the feeling is like lots and lots of tiny ants are crawling all over my body.
This has been particularly hard to live with at night and I have found myself staying awake into the very early hours of the morning because I simply can't get to sleep with this. There is no obvious rash associated with it, even though I feel like I should be covered head to toe in some kind of blotchy mess.
Yesterday I also experienced some kind of emotional meltdown. I woke up, exhausted from another night of only a few hours of sleep and found I was overwhelmed by everything that was going on around me in my life at the moment. In the end I fell asleep for almost 4 hours during the day and woke up feeling a little bit better.
Generally speaking, after taking the two capsules within 10-15 minutes I am experiencing mild stomach cramps which last about 15 minutes and the once they subside, the itchiness starts. This lasts for about 3-4 hours, just about in time for the next set of capsules. For some reason at night it seems to last longer hence the late, sleepless nights.
I emailed the Resolve team who emailed back saying that this was just the toxins coming out of my system. I read on another website that some other people (not Resolve detox participants) have experienced similar reactions as me to other detox programs and suggest that it is related to a build up of anxiety and stress. It is interesting to note that my RA did not seem to come about because of any virus that I am aware of, but rather after a very stressful time at the end of last year due to some personal matters that were going on at the time.
I now have some other fairly stressful extended family issues going on and I wonder if this is all somehow related.
Whatever the reason, I hope that going through all of this is worth it because I have felt like giving up a few times in the last couple of days. Thankfully my wife is an amazing support to me and she continues to be my source of strength in my weak times.
As far as the associated pain from the actual RA is concerned, I would have to say that at this point I have not noticed a huge amount of difference or improvement. That said, it is also fair to say that I have not noticed any further deterioration either.
From what I understand it is more in stage 3 that people start to feel the real benefits of the process. I hope in my case that this is also the case.

I've been on the program now for 9 days. I've had flu like symptoms for 7 of those days mainly n the afternoon into the eve. One night I woke up drenched in sweat. My RA pain is worse thanit was. I'm hoping this is the minerals doing thier job. Any way i will not quit as none of this is as bad as it was before the Dr. put me in a study for Humira. Of course after the study I couldn't afford I the co-pay. This is very inexpensive compared to other forms of treament that I have tried. I've had RA for a long time before I knew what it was. I have it in every joint in my body, muscles and more. I'll skip the gory details. When this works for me I will shout it from the highest hill! I do hooe these flu symtem sub side soon. My mornings are ok.It is great to hear how others are doing. I'll be back in a few more days............Oh does anybody know of an easier way to measure the mins????. I keep spilling them. My son prepares them for me at night and puts them in a different container so I can take them when he it not here in the AM........is that a good thing??..........Phyllis

This is Phyllis.... day 13. The flu symptoms are a little better. The Cough and sinuses are worse. I have COPD maybe that has somethng to do with it. I have very little, if any, energy. Forcing my self to stay, out of bed as much as possible. Aternoons are still the worst.....Now the Good news is, which i did not expect so soon.........The pain is much better. I can walk on the tile floor barefoot. The bump on my little toes is actually going down. I have wrinkles in my middle finger of my left hand. that is where the RA was first noticed over 20 years ago (Iwas in denial). Things are looking good. I know it may get worse again before it is over but i'm hanging in there...like they say (although I thought I was going to bite the dust on this ride), "Ya can't keep a good ol cowgirl down"

Graham said...

Hang in there Phyllis. It sure can be a rough ride and none of us know what lies ahead one day to the next on this detox, but it sounds like you are getting some good early results, which is great. There will be days when you feel like giving up, but take it from someone who is half way through stage three, stick at it - you can do it!!
Hope to read more good reports from you in the days ahead.
Graham.

Hello, Everyone,
It's Marguerite with an update. I completed the RA Detox on March 30. For the month of April I felt very good, no pains and lots of energy. Then at the end of April I had a flare up. I emailed Resolve and they replied that during the 90 day post detox period, flare ups can occur as the body continues to heal and continues to clear out the RA.

I was advised to take the Booster to help the clearing out process.

I ordered the Booster (USD 30) and have now completed Day 3 of the Booster. The Booster is taken for 21 days, twice a day. It can be mixed with any juice, and taken with or without food. I’m using organic apple juice and that pretty much masks the taste (one teaspoon of the Booster mixed into ¼ cup of juice).

So far, aside from the metallic taste in the mornings, I feel fine and as of Day 3, I do not have any side effects.

Best wishes to all on the journey to health and healing,
God Bless,
Marguerite

I am suffering from RA for more than a year, when the attackes flare up badly, I would be hospitalised & I can't walk. =( I am currently on Hydroxychlorine & steriods for the past one year, and it seems that the medi is 'wearing off'. The RA disease is affecting my social life & my career.
Can I continue with my RA medications prescribed by my doctor, while trying on this 'RESOLVE' program? I am interested to start on the programme.

Struggling:Answer to your post

You need to stay on any current medication while taking the mineral detox as you may experience a flare up of your condition as the minerals are pushing the virus out of your system.

Is there anyone new out there on the program? I have been on it for 22 days and have not seen any great results yet. I also have the herpes virus and hope it addresses those issues too. I'm wondering how long most of you have been on the product.
thanks

Hi Anonymous
Have 36 days down, day off. I started to breakout about the 10th day, looked like chicken poxs 30 to 40 all on my face & neck. Some
cleared up then more came out. It is starting to clear up pretty good. I`ve noticed my arms & shoulders don`t hurt as much when I pick something up. Don`t know where everybody went to, nobody writes any more.
Later,

Hello,
It's Marguerite . . . I'm almost finished with the Resolve RA Booster, just a few more days to go. The Resolve Team advised that I completely finish the bottle, so I've been on it for over a month.

After about 10 days on the Booster, I experienced a flare up. I took some ibuprofen and used cold packs and the flare up subsided in a couple of days. The Resolve Team said that the flare up could have been caused by a oombination of the Booster itself and the possibility that I may have permanent damage in my wrists.

Since my wrists and hands are my main problem areas, I try to do range of motion exercises throughout the day.

However, since that episode, I have not had any pains or further flare ups.

The only side effect from the Booster, aside from a slight metallic taste, is that I started breaking out again, mostly on my scalp and back.

Patience is the key with the Resolve Detox program. I found there were good days and not so good days as the Detox worked throughout my system.
Best wishes to all.
God Bless,
Marguerite

Hello All:
I'm still having RA symptoms BUT I rejoice that the symptoms are 40 - 50% LESS. God willing, I hope to continue in my healing with Resolve because it's the ONLY SOURCE that has reversed anything in this raging deforming fire of RA in my body:
1) The severe pain in my left hip for over 1 yr is gone & I cancelled the THR in May.
2) The right knee stopped it's searing pain upon standing I had over 6 months.
3) I have some strength (20%)returning to my severely deformed/curled right hand.
4) Pain meds cut 50% & some days I can walk without walker or cane many days a month now.
5) My MIND & emotions has improved. I've had ADHD since childhood & my mind was more chaotic, panicky, not able to focus as well with a poor short term memory before & during this last run on minerals. BUT all is better than in years these last 2 weeks.
6) Nodules grew large last few months then came down to 1/4th again
7) Itching on forearms & back minimum
8) Asthma better
These are all wondrous gift since I was only hoping for RA help

I trust the team guided by this brilliant Dr's wisdom & experience & team 1000%. And I pray with all my heart that Source & our Universe protects them all to continue their miraculous work on all of our behalf.

Hang in there - God Bless us all.

Hi,
Just alittle note to say since I did the mineral detox in May, I had
my RA blood check. Last Jan. I had
a reading of 175, I did another one
in Aug. it was down to 51. I was pretty excited. I don`t have any
achy muscles or joints. I thank the Lord for finding this product!!
GOOD LUCK to all!!

Hi ya all!
Like Cindy I still have some symptoms and still have faith in the minerals. My Primary Dr. said all my test looked great, like I was another person. Liver, kidneys and thyroid all better. My RA Dr. Is watching, he is impressed also, but ready to jump in if things get worse. I'm on my second booster and we'll see where it goes from here. One thing i do know is the minerals are the best safe thing i've tried. Don't give up!

To the "Resolve Team": Hoping to find out some info. I called the telephone number listed in the Contact Us on your web site, with only a recording telling me to contact you online. Thought I'd try this...Never Blogged in my life so forgive me if I do this wrong...

In a nutshell, I'm 39 years old, mother of three, Speech/Language Pathologist in six different school systems, currently on my 7th shot of Methotrextate, and heading to an RA specialist on Monday. I'd like to try your product but am thinking I should wait until near the end of the school year -- by that time, I may be on a Biologic such as Embrel --your thoughts?
In addition, is there another way I can contact your company besides blogging? Thank you. Kandice
